Sal Amer – Director of Inceva Marketing Group Thailand
Sal is in charge of business development, client services and operations in Thailand. Sal is the fuel that runs an Inceva engine that is focused on helping clients find laser targeted sales leads,business development and improving operational inefficiencies for on and offline companies looking to successfully participate in the benefits of the online, print and interactive media markets. Sal is a passionate driven leader who is known for always motivating his team by identifying rare & unique opportunities and incentives using simple yet effective strategies that deliver results.
Sal has previously worked for international corporations such as Apple Computers, Bank of America,UPS Global Logistics, AIG-Sun America Securities & Goldrich and Kest industries to name a few. His hands on approach and attention to details has led to successful launches for 7 start-up companies over the past 10 years including the first “WISP” Wireless Internet Service Provider in Los Angeles while attending college in Long Beach, USA. An online medical records provider and most recently a private equity firm.
Prior to joining the Inceva Group in 2011, Sal was Vice President of Acquisitions at Compass Acquisitions Partners. In a period of 4 years,Sal was responsible for the sourcing, acquiring, repositioning and disposition of over $350 Million USD (฿11 Billion Baht) in Apartments,Office and Mixed-Use properties in the West Coast of the United States & Hawaii. His 14 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Digital technologies and Management have helped Inceva achieve one of the highest client satisfaction and overall retention ratings in the entire industry. Sal has a B.Sc in Finance and Management Information Systems from California State University in Long Beach.
Deris Techapaiboon – SEM & PPC Specialist
Deris is the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Department Manager at Inceva. Deris is directly responsible for maintaining a smooth and timely SEM campaigns for our clients as well as managing the SEM team.
Deris is also the glue that binds the SEO/SEM/Web Development team with the Customer Service/Administrative Team. Deris has over 5 years experience in creating and successfully implementing new policies and procedures based on the industries rapidly changing rules and regulations. Deris is an excellent communicator and his calm peaceful demeanor and steady, reliable work ethic help contribute to the confidence and positivity of the entire company.
Chatri “Chaat” Chearawanon -Social Media Ninja
Chaats primary responsibilities at Inceva are the development and promotion of social content in the Thai media outlets. Chaat also occasionally provides some client consultations and marketing strategies.
Prior to joining Inceva, Chaat worked as a freelance independent marketing consultant focused on the South Thailand markets of Phuket and Samui. Chaat has created dozens of unique and creative marketing strategies for many international and local clients including restaurants, resorts, doctors and financial services sector.
Chaatri is an an avid social media user,video game developer and player and loves learning about new technologies and advances in the fields of Internet marketing, social media and IT.
Jimmy Phan – Programmer Extraordinaire
Jimmy works from an office in Vietnam and leads our development team on any of the company’s software projects.
Jimmy has designed and published applications for the Iphone and Android platform and is well versed in PHP,Apache,ASP.NET,Joomla,Drupal,Wordpress,Python,Django,OS Commerce and C++.
Jimmy’s engineering background has help Inceva develop new cutting edge web applications for our clients.
Apolinario “Al” Raymond Luna – Internet Marketing Ace
Al hails from the Philippines and is a Internet Marketing Analyst for Inceva. Al’s primary responsibilities are competitive keyword research analysis, backlink audits and on-site optimization for all our clients. Al is also expert in compiling and analyzing large data sets to review and filter with the Inceva team. Al participates in most strategy brainstorming sessions with the teams and always brings new and creative ideas to the table.
Al earned a bachelor’s degree from Polytechnic University of The Philippines in Manila in management information systems. Al has experience in many creative aspects of software testing,Internet marketing, and quality assurance.
